We invite you to experience forest bathing in the ancient pine forest of the Cervia Nature Park, alongside Maria Teresa Tartaglia. A sensory immersion amongst the trees, the scents, the sounds of the woodland and the animals, to rediscover a genuine connection with nature and with your own inner wellbeing. The walks are suitable for everyone and require no physical preparation, just a desire to slow down, breathe deeply and let yourself be guided.

At the end of the experience, there will be a session with Tibetan singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, energy balance and a sense of harmony that gently accompanies your return home.
